1. Overview

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between AtSea Corp. (“AtSea,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and you. By accessing creatures.atsea.com or purchasing any product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Orders & fulfillment

• All products are made to order through our fulfillment partner, Printful. Production begins shortly after payment is captured.
• We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product becomes unavailable, is mispriced, or if fraud is suspected. If this happens, you will receive a full refund.
• Order changes are only possible before production starts. Contact support@atsea.com immediately if you need to update details.

4. Pricing & payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and include applicable sales tax where required. The payment method you provide is charged at checkout. We use Stripe to process secure payments; Stripe’s terms also apply to your purchase.

5. Shipping & delivery

Estimated production and transit timelines are published on our Shipping information page. Actual delivery times can vary based on carrier performance, customs processing, and unforeseen delays. Risk of loss transfers to you once the package is handed off to the carrier.

6. Returns & quality issues

Because items are custom printed, returns are accepted only for misprints, damage, or incorrect items. Please review our Returns & exchanges policy for instructions. We may request photos or the physical item before issuing a replacement or refund.

7. Intellectual property

All content, including artwork, graphics, logos, and product photography, is owned by AtSea Corp. or our licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute it without written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AtSea Corp. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or purchase of products. Our maximum liability is the amount you paid for the relevant order.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Connecticut.

10. Updates to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our business or legal requirements. The revision date at the bottom of this page will change when updates are posted. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
